About 1858 the merchant's widow Chr. Werner was the owner and the merchant E.G. (or C.G. ?) Augustin did his business here.
The merchant C. F. Werner who also ran his own business in this house had the estate at 1866.
In 1898 the merchant's widow Hopp was the owner of the estate where the merchant Theodor Gonscherowsky had his business.
In 1909 was it the address of the "Kolonial- und Materialwarenhandlung" (general store) and "Schankgeschäft" (tavern) of J. Sausmikat. The owner of the estate was the merchant Th. Gonscherowsky.
In the address registers of 1926, 1929 and 1931 is to be read, that Helene Schukies has been the owner of the company "Mewa - Haus- und Wirtschaftsartikel" in this house whose owner was at this time Fritz Gattow. He also had his own general store, liquor store & restaurant here.
