After them it were Stantien & Becker, followed by others. In 1909 the carpenter M. Behrendt was mentioned as the owner of this property. The Building Contractor Otto Behrendt, which is mentioned in the address register from 1926 as the owner of Friedrichsmarkt 10-12, possibly was a son of the carpenter Behrendt. At that time Paul Mordaß operated his bar here. The merchant Paul Behrendt to be found finally in the address register from the year 1931. At that time he operated a shop (Kolonialwaren) as well as a bar (Restaurationsbetrieb) in Otto Behrendt's house Friedrichsmarkt 10-12. Then in 1935 was it Heinz Behrend (Behrend really ending without a "t"), who had here his Kolonialwarengeschäft. At the same time it was the address of the merchant Willy Behrendt. In 1942 the Administrative Secretary Heinz Behrend was the owner of the property, and the merchant Wilhelm Kwauka operated a restaurant here. |
