The Reformed church was opposite the "Landkirche" in the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Straße. The church was founded in 1681 at this place and was inaugurated in 1683, and shared the fate of its two sisters. The Seven Years War (1756-1763) had it strongly affected, and at last it had to be built up completely new. The laying of the foundation stone was carried out on November 13th, 1775. However, due to scarcity of money the building could be finished not before 1794.
It burned down in the year 1854, too. Thereafter it was newly erected in 1859-60 by the "Hafenbauinspektor" (port authority superintendent) Bleek. The execution was in roman arch style by using the foundation from the 18th century, and the steeple was built similar to a campanile.
