On the AdM's web site Mr M. JURASCHKA writes under the headline, "THE FISHING VILLAGE MELLNERAGGEN" : "The fishermen exerted the coastal fishing with anchored nets and small dragnets. There weren't any nets produced in factory yet. The yarn was spun by the women who could spin and weave because they were farmer daughters. The fishermen knitted their nets themselves." |
