It was a large wooden villa with six apartments in different sizes. These were used predominantly as summer apartments. The house in the Victorian style was located among high pine-trees at the path which led from the hotel Ullmann to the beach.



There was a tennis court just next-door. Even further frame-houses which mainly were rented out to vacationists were at that path. This all as well as the swimming baths on the beach belonged to the family Rhetz.
